ASU Tutors ("we", "us") operates asututors.com as an independent tutoring and academic support service. This page says what we collect, why, and the commitments we hold.
What we collect
What you send: name if offered, email, phone, and the coursework materials needed to scope and produce work, course codes, module instructions, rubrics, gradebook screenshots, unit context for applied sections, instructor feedback, drafts. What arrives automatically: routine technical data such as pages viewed and device type, used to keep the site working and learn which manuals help.
How we use it
To answer inquiries, produce and revise ordered work, deliver requested free samples, and send opted-in offer or newsletter email. Coursework materials, including any unit context you share, serve one purpose: your deliverables.
Commitments
- We never contact Arizona State University or disclose your use of this service to any institution.
- We never sell, rent, or trade personal information.
- Work produced for you is never reused, resold, or published.
- We never request Canvas or My ASU credentials, and you should never share them with anyone.
Payment
Cards are handled by a third-party processor; numbers never touch our systems, and the processor's terms govern the transaction data it holds.
Retention and choices
Order records and delivered work are kept only while revisions and the guarantee require them, then coursework materials are routinely deleted. Deletion requests are honored any time via chat or the contact form; marketing email carries unsubscribe links.
Third-party services
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and routes chat, forms, and delivery through our operations platform, each processing only what its feature requires.
Changes and contact
Material updates appear here with a new effective date. Questions reach us through the contact page or chat.
